Fake movies posters

Hey there! I’m Reack, and I’m really proud to be now a part of the BSV team, I love the work of all of you and hope my stuffs will not looks ridiculous around all this talent :)

So here’s my first post!

At this time I’m working on a new project: Re-create some posters of famous movies. I have a lot of fun to do this because it suppose I’m a superstar graphist and I work for Woody Allen or Quentin Tarantino hehe… The difference between « conventionals » posters and my reinterpretation is that each illustration refers to a scene which I particuraly like and I find representative of the story. In fact, you got to have been seen each films before to understand the posters…

Let’s tryin’ to explain all that stuffs :)

« A clockwork orange »: That glasse refers to the favorite drink of the main character Alex and his crew: The « Moloko ++ », which’s in fact some milk with crack, speed and mescaline…

« Le coeur des hommes »: The swimming-pool is the place where the characters of the film are at the end of the film. (Sorry for the spoiler!)

« Lost in translation »: In this movie, Bill Murray is an actor who work for a whisky-ad.

« Le péril jeune »: Again at the end of the film, there is a wonderful scene with the main character smiling and sit on a basket-ball post.

“Match point”: It refers to the ping-pong match between the two main characters.

« Paranoid park »: This refers to a scene when the young main character just throw his skate deck over a bridge in a river.

“Reservoir dogs”: It’s a reference to the characters names which are Mr Brown, Mr Blue…
